Where can I find the serial number and model number for my charger?
The serial and model numbers are typically located on a label on the back or underside of the charger.

Can I use your charger to charge partially discharged batteries or should I always fully discharge them first?
Lithium-ion batteries do not have a memory effect, so it's fine to charge them when partially discharged. In fact, regular charging can extend battery life.

How can I check if my battery is fully charged?
Our chargers come with indicator lights or digital displays that show when the battery is fully charged.

Are First Power chargers suitable for outdoor use?

What are your packing terms?

Our goods are secured in brown cartons, then packed onto pallets and wrapped with film.

What are your terms of payment?
100% T/T in advance before shipment is preferred; however, it is negotiable.

What are your terms of delivery?
EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF are common terms.

How about your delivery time?
Basically, it will take 15-20 days after receiving the down payment. The final delivery time depends on the model and quantity of the order.
