Basic Function
The First Power OBC transforms 1-phase alternating current into direct current and provides galvanic isolation between the public AC grid and the DC system of the industrial fleet. This allows for charging the battery on one hand, and on the other hand ensures the safety of both grids. Battery charging is controlled by CAN, charger limits current and voltage to the values received by CAN. If for a certain time (ca. 0.2s) no such signals are received, the unit interrupts the charge in order to protect the battery
Our on-board charger is the perfect solution for keeping your industrial fleet powered up and ready for action. With advanced charging technology, it delivers fast and efficient charging, ensuring your batteries are fully charged in no time. Built to last, the charger features rugged construction and high-quality components designed to withstand the toughest environments. If you're looking for a reliable and efficient way to keep your forklifts/AWP running smoothly, our on-board charger is the ideal choice. Order yours today and experience the unmatched power and performance it delivers!
Notes:
Ensure that the charger is properly connected to the battery before switching it on.
Once the battery reaches full charge, the charger will automatically shut off to prevent overcharging. Disconnect the charger after use.
Handle the cables with care and avoid pulling or bending them excessively to prevent damage.
Keep the charger away from flammable materials during operation to reduce the risk of fire.
Avoid leaving the charger connected to the battery for extended periods when not in use.
